CHILD DEVELOPMENT

 Emotional and social development

Emotional and social development is very important in early childhood. This helps children in building confidence to develop long lasting and meaningful friendships and partnerships and giving values to the people around him/her. It also helps them in problem solving and coping with emotions. Our safe and nurturing environment helps children in social and emotional development. Activities like daily greetings, circle time, art activities, practicing problem solving helps children in their social and emotional development. Children are given opportunities to develop interaction with friends and caregivers.

Physical development

Physical activities are important to develop gross motor skills. We have both indoor and outdoor playgrounds to take care of physical development of children in all weather conditions. Children have opportunities to run, jump, climb and slide. In addition, we also arrange organized team physical activities to teach them discipline, teamwork, and social interacting spirit.

Creativity

Creativity also fosters mental growth in children by providing opportunities for trying out new ideas, and new ways of thinking and problem-solving.

We provide opportunities to develop children's creative thinking skills through lateral-thinking, visual reading, out-of-the-box thinking, artistic creativity, problem-solving, analytical mind, and divergent thinking. The experiences children have during their first years of life can significantly enhance the development of their creativity.

Imagination is the way to possibilities. We nurture creativity among children by developing their imagination through imaginative play. Children manipulate materials, express themselves verbally and non-verbally, plan (intentionally or unintentionally), act, interact, react, and try different roles during imaginative play.
